The Yonex RDS 003 MidPlus is the latest control frame from Yonex with a little extra power for the intermediate to advanced player looking for stability and manuverability in a player-oriented package.  A sequel to the popular Yonex RDX 300, the RDS 003 still provides control and predictability, but with added power compared to the RDS 001. The RDS 003 MidPlus has a larger sweetspot and is 0.25 inches longer than the RDS 001, but still maintains great control and feel.

NanoScience Technology

‘Elastic Ti’ is the world's first nanoscience alloy that combines extremely low elasticity with extremely high strength. It was previously thought to be impossible to achieve this with an alloy. Elastic Ti has 44% lower elasticity and 8% higher strength compared to the previous best titanium alloy increasing the flexibility and strength in the racket frame.

The RDS series has a soft grommet located at the 4 corners of the frame. These grommets are designed to reduce the shock from any off-centre hits, widening the sweet spot.
