nCode Technology

Rackets are made from billions of carbon fibers linked together and heatshaped. However, at a nonoscopic level small voids exist between the individual carbon fibers which lead to the creation of stress points within the frame. nCode technology is a process that fills these voids significantly strengthening the racket, the process involves the use of nano-sixed silicon dioxide crystals which permeate the voids enhancing the overall stability of the carbon matrix.
