Delivery Information

UK Orders
All orders will be dispatched through FedEx, a courier postal service. It is not possible to collect orders from our warehouse.

Subject to stock, your order will be dispatched within 24hours of ordering. Our delivery service takes 3-4 working days. (Deliveries to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Scotland & Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands may take longer). Please note, larger items of fitness equipment may take up to 28 working days & may only be available within the UK.

Orders placed before 12noon will be despatched on the same working day subject to stock availability. Any orders placed after this time or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday may not be despatched until the following working day.

Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday only. Deliveries will not be made on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Your order will be delivered between 8am - 4pm. A signature is required upon delivery, although anyone at the delivery address may sign for the parcel.

If there is no one to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card for you to contact the depot to arrange a more convenient time for delivery. 

If you supply an incorrect postal code or incomplete address then there may be a delay in despatching your parcel or delivery of your parcel may not be possible. It is not the responsibility of sportdiscount.com™ to ensure that the address is correct and we accept no responsibility for the loss or delay in delivery of your parcel if the address that you supplied is incorrect or incomplete.


International Orders

When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that when dispatching products internationally, cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
