If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items to us in its original condition* within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges and/or Refunds will only be granted within this timescale.

Please enclose a COPY OF THE INVOICE and a brief covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred. If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods may be delayed or not be completed.

sportdiscount.com™ recommend that items be sent back to us via some form of registered delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods lost. sportdiscount.com™ will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Postage cost's incurred to return items will only be re-funded if an incorrect item has been dispatched by sportdiscount.com™ i.e. if we have made a mistake. We will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.

If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item & wish to be credited for the postage, please include a receipt for the postage cost incurred, we will only refund postage up to the value of first or second class post. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to credit the cost.

Faulty items will be inspected & if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, sportdiscount.com™ will credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of sport, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within 6 months of purchase. Anything over this time will be dealt with at the discretion of sportdiscount.com™.

*Note: Original Condition may mean the following;

Rackets/Bats: sportdiscount.com™ will only refund or replace a racket or bat if it HAS NOT BEEN USED IN ANYWAY. The plastic cover must be still around the handle & there should be no scuff marks or paint chips anywhere on the item.

Important note: In the UK most rackets come pre-strung from the factory at time of production, the reason for this is mainly due to non specialist sports retailers not being able to offer a custom re-string service on a racket at time of purchase, therefore the rackets will be strung at the factory to an average tension. The issue this creates is that you don’t know how long the strings have been in a racket and what exact tension it has been strung at. Unfortunately with this issue and also the nature of racket sports there is no guarantee on the string’s life expectancy. If you would prefer to have your new racket custom strung then please speak to one of our members of staff and they would be delighted to advise you on the correct string and tension to suit your game.

Shoes: sportdiscount.com™ will only be able to refund or replace shoes if they are in their original condition, i.e. they have not been played in or used outside. Any stickers in the inside of the shoe should not be worn. Shoes should be tried on a carpet surface. We will require the original shoebox in its original condition if you would like a refund or a replacement.

Clothing: sportdiscount.com™ will only be able to refund or replace clothing if the item has not been worn (this does not include trying on for size), washed or had the label removed. Clothes should also be put back into the packaging before returning them to us.

Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 30 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
